新冻结步态问卷的汉化及在帕金森病患者中的信效度检验
Chinese version of the new freezing of gait questionnaire and its reliability and validity test among the patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To translate the new freezing of gait questionnaire(NFOG-Q)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods After obtaining the authorization of the original authors,following the Brislin classic translation model,the NFOG-Q was sinicized and cross-culturally adjusted,and a pre-survey was conducted to form the Chinese version of NFOG-Q.By convenience sampling,109 PD patients were selected to verify the Chinese version of NFOG-Q.Results The total content validity and item content validity index of the Chinese version of NFOG-Q were 0.92 and 0.95,respectively.A total of 3 public factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 87.06%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.95,and the test-retest reliability was 0.99.The Cronbach's α coefficients of the three metric factors were 0.90,0.93 and 0.93,and the test-retest reliability was 0.72,0.97 and 0.96,respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of the NFOG-Q has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool for freezing gait in PD patients in China.关键词
