血清钙联合影像特征与颅内动脉瘤破裂的相关性研究
Correlation of serum corrected calcium combined with imaging features with the rupture of intracranial aneurysms

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum corrected calcium combined with imaging features with the rupture status of intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 150 patients(71 ruptured)diagnosed with intracranial aneurysms in Department of Neurosurgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2023 to June 2025 were analyzed retrospectively.LASSO and multivariate Logistic regression were used to identify factors associated with rupture and to build a combined model(corrected calcium,hypertension,dissecting/irregular morphology,maximum diameter,maximum height).Its correlation strength(AUC,NRI,IDI)was compared with an imagingonly model,followed by temporal external validation(n=50).Results In the combined model,corrected calcium(OR=0.347),hypertension(OR=4.151),dissecting morphology(OR=3.967),irregular morphology(OR=4.112),maximum diameter(OR=1.480),and maximum height(OR=1.623)were significantly correlated with rupture(all P<0.05).The combined model achieved an AUC of 0.855,significantly higher than the imagingonly model(AUC=0.792,P=0.030),with NRI=0.21 and IDI=0.08.Temporal validation yielded an AUC of 0.830 with good calibration.Conclusions Serum corrected calcium combined with multiple imaging features is closely correlated with the rupture status of intracranial aneurysms,and the combined model outperforms the imagingonly model in evaluating this correlation.关键词
