Abstract
[Purpose]During the Trump2.0 era,the politicization of the intelligence community,the trust crisis,and potential govern-ment personnel purges are becoming new catalysts accelerating the brain drain in the intelligence sector.Analyzing its impacts on the U.S.intelligence community,the destinations of re-employed personnel,and the intelligence workforce itself can provide deeper insights into the mobility of U.S.intelligence talent,the operational efficiency of agencies,and national security efforts.[Method]By using case study and open data mining,this paper systematically combs and deeply investigates the problem of reemployment of American intelligence per-sonnel through official documents,authoritative media reports and other open-source intelligence.[Result/Conclusion]The reemployment of former U.S.intelligence personnel is a complex process driven by macro policies,institutional culture,personal expectations,and pro-fessional characteristics.The political uncertainty and ideological conflicts during the Trump 2.0 era may lead experienced intelligence offi-cials to systematically and purposefully transfer capabilities to the private sector-particularly technology companies,consulting firms,and private intelligence agencies that align with political agendas.This trend has accelerated the rapid development of intelligence expertise in commercial domains and certain gray areas,thereby posing more complex,covert,and multifaceted risks and challenges to China's nation-al security.关键词
