摘要
Abstract
To address issues such as fiber breakage and material extrusion caused by impact during the service of carbon fiber composites, the author proposed a dynamic non-destructive testing method based on modal analysis.Taking epoxy resin carbon fiber plates as the research object, drop hammer impact tests(single impact energy of 10-45 J)combined with modal analysis were conducted to investigate the effects of different impact energies and temperatures on the first-order natural frequencies of the material.Experimental results show a strong correlation between impact energy and the first-order frequency of carbon fiber plate.Additionally, low temperatures(-10℃)primarily affect the first-order natural frequencies when the single impact energy is 25-30 J.The medium and high temperature(40℃)has the strongest influence on the first-order natural frequency of the carbon fiber board when the single impact energy is 20 J.The high temperature(90℃)makes the first-order natural frequency change more smoothly.Compared with static methods, the dynamic non-destructive testing method based on modal analysis has the advantages of simpler operation, faster detection speed, lower detection cost, and a certain predictive capability for the critical state of internal material damage.关键词
