铁路四电工程全生命周期数智化建设管理研究

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of China's high-speed railway network,the complexity and coordination demands of the railway four electricity-related projects(communication,signal,power,and electrification)systems have increased significantly.Traditional management models often suffer from information silos,cross-disciplinary conflicts,and data discontinuities.To address these challenges,this study proposes an integrated lifecycle management framework based on BIM,GIS,and digital twin technologies.The framework establishes a five-layer architecture("Facility-Data-Service-Application-User")and develops key technologies such as parametric modeling,3DTiles-based lightweight publishing,and multi-source information fusion warning.Empirical studies were conducted on two representative projects,i.e.the Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway and the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line,using before-and-after comparisons and multi-project validation.The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves measurable improvements across design,construction,and operation stages:enhancing efficiency in conflict detection during design,improving coordination and resource management during construction,and enabling more timely risk warning and emergency response during operation.关键词
