New fluorine-free soil release finishing process

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the effect of fluorine-free and soil release finishing fabric is slightly poor,this study discusses different desizing processes,the amount of soil release finishing agent and the cross-linking processes on the decontamination properties of fabrics.The results show that using a fluorine-free decontamination agent 9901,the amount is 80 g/L,and finishing with resin in one bath,the amount of resin is 50 g/L,the amount of catalyst is 15 g/L,the baking temperature is 150～160℃,and the baking time is 3 min,the fabric has a good decontamination performance.关键词
