Abstract
To ensure the dyeing effect of cationic modified cotton tube yarn,the optimization of its pre-treatment process was studied.The process parameters of the pre-treatment for cationic modified cotton yarn were optimized through orthogonal experiments.The results indicated that the optimal process is as follows:scouring agent 3 g/L,NaOH 1 g/L,27.5％H2O2 4 g/L,RENA 2 g/L,temperature 95℃,time 30 min,heating rate 2℃/min.Under the optimal process,the capillary effect of the pre-treated yarn is 8.75 cm,the strength is 215.6 cN,and the whiteness is 44.69％,which can meet the requirements of subsequent dyeing processing.关键词
