Abstract
This study explores and quantifies the actual economic benefits of the dual eradication of Avian Leuko-sis Virus(ALV)and Chicken Infectious Anemia Virus(CIAV)in breeder flocks,aiming to provide a scientific basis for epidemic disease prevention and control as well as investment decisions in the poultry breeding industry.Two batches of parent-stock white-feather broiler breeders from a farm with identical scale,breed,and rearing management conditions were selected for the experiment.They were assigned to a dual eradication group(Group A,10,000 sets)and a conventional management control group(Group B,10,000 sets)to quantitatively compare their production perfor-mance and final economic benefits.The results indicate that although the implementation of dual eradication for ALV and CIAV incurs higher initial testing costs,it can significantly improve the production performance of the breeders and the quality of the progeny chicks,yielding exceptional direct economic benefits and a profound brand premium ef-fect.关键词
