益生菌调控畜禽肉品质研究进展
Research Progress on Modulation of Meat Quality in Livestock and Poultry by Probiotics
摘要
Abstract
The quality of livestock and poultry meat is a key factor determining market competitiveness.In the context of antibiotic-free feed,probiotics have attracted much attention as green additives.Probiotics can not only improve the growth performance of livestock and poultry but also regulate skeletal muscle devel-opment and meat quality through the"gut-muscle axis".However,the effects of probiotics vary among strains and animal species,and the underlying regulatory mechanisms are not fully understood.In this review,we systematically summarize the beneficial effects and regulatory mechanisms of probiotics on meat quality from a cross-species perspective,focusing on pigs and chickens,and discuss current research bottle-necks and future directions.This review aims to provide a reference for deepening the understand-ing of the"gut-muscle axis"and promoting the rational application of probiotics.关键词
