Resilience Assessment and Optimization of Supply-Demand Matching in Urban Rail Transit under Disruptive Events

Abstract
Against the background that urban rail transit has gradually become the main travel mode of residents,and the risk of large passenger flow is increasingly prominent,it is urgent to improve system resilience to guarantee operation efficiency and service quality.From the perspective of supply-demand coordination,this paper constructed a quantitative and qualitative dual-dimensional resilience assessment framework and proposed a collaborative optimization strategy of resource supplement at the supply side and passenger flow regulation at the demand side.By taking system performance and passenger travel benefit as core indicators,the system service level was comprehensively quantified by combining the precise spatiotemporal distribution results of passenger flow obtained by the dynamic simulation technology of network passenger flow.By taking the residual capacity of stations as the core,the station risks were evaluated hierarchically by using TOPSIS scoring and K-means clustering methods,and differentiated passenger flow control strategies were implemented.An emergency bus feeder scheme was designed.Through the case verification based on the metro operation interruption event in City G,the results show that this method can significantly improve the resilience level of key bottleneck stations and the overall system and provides a scientific basis for the refined management of urban rail transit under disruptive events.关键词
