Resilience Evaluation of Arrival-Departure Track Utilization Scheme at High Speed Railway Passenger Hub Station Based on CRITIC-TOPSIS

Abstract
To properly respond to emergencies disrupting and interrupting the operation of high speed railway passenger hub stations,ensure transportation safety,and improve railway transportation organization efficiency and service quality,it is of great significance to study the resilience of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme.Based on the traditional railway resilience theory and combined with the disturbance impact process on high speed railway passenger hub stations,the resilience of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme was defined,and a resilience evaluation index system for the arrival-departure track utilization scheme was constructed.By considering the contrast intensity and conflict of resilience indicators,an evaluation method based on CRITIC-TOPSIS for the resilience of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme at high speed railway passenger hub stations was proposed.Finally,a case analysis was conducted taking 160 trains in the 14:00-17:00 time period at Zhengzhoudong Station as an example.The results show that under the FCFS dispatching strategy,the resilience evaluation grade of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme at Zhengzhoudong Station is good when facing short-duration disturbance,moderate when facing medium-duration disturbance,and poor when facing long-duration disturbance.Among them,whether a short-duration or long-duration disturbance is applied to Train 79,the resilience values of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme are relatively low,which has a large impact on the arrival-departure track utilization scheme.It is a weak link of the arrival-departure track utilization scheme and seriously affects the station's operation organization.关键词
