Abstract
In order to clarify the effects of salt stress on maize germination and seedling growth,'06533','Dajingjiu 4054'and'Jiushenghe 2468'were used as materials,and NaCl solutions at concentrations of 0%,0.3%,0.5%,0.8%and 1.0%were set up to determine the relevant germination and growth indicators.The results showed that all the indexes were significantly inhibited by salt stress,and the inhibition was intensified with the increase of concentration.A significant difference in salt tolerance among varieties was observed.The order of salt tolerance is'Dajingjiu 4054'>'06533'>'Jiushenghe 2468'.'Dajingjiu 4054'has the strongest salt tolerance;its germination rate was 98.2%under 1.0%NaCl stress,while'Jiushenghe 2468'is the most sensitive.It is suggested that'Dajingjiu 4054'be preferred in saline-alkali land'06533'.关键词
