Research progress on the regulation of intestinal barrier in pigs by L-theanine
摘要
Abstract
The intestinal barrier is of utmost importance for the health of pigs.It is composed of the mechanical,chemical,immune,and microbial barriers.The intestinal barrier plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the intestinal internal environment,ensuring the absorption of nutrients,and defending against external pathogens and harmful substances.L-theanine,a non-protein-derived amino acid isolated from green tea,has shown a positive impact on the intestinal health of pigs.This article reviewed the effects of L-theanine on the intestinal barrier of pigs,aimed to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on the improvement of intestinal health by L-theanine and offer references for its application in production.关键词
