巨噬细胞胞葬在骨关节炎中作用的研究进展
Research progress on macrophage efferocytosis in osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic disease primarily characterized by degenerative joint changes,with a complex pathogenesis closely associated with factors such as aging and obesity.In recent years,the key mechanisms by which macrophage-mediated efferocytosismaintains tissue homeostasis and regulates inflammatory responses have been gradually elucidated.This article systematically reviews the fundamental processes and molecular mechanisms of efferocytosis,with a focus on efferocytosis dysfunction induced by obesity and aging,and its impact on the pathological progression of OA,including cartilage degradation,synovitis,subchondral bone damage,and osteophyte formation.Additionally,this article summarizes therapeutic strategies targeting efferocytosis,including the potential applications of small-molecule drugs,electroacupuncture,targeted delivery systems,and stem cell therapy in OA treatment.A deeper understanding of the role of efferocytosis in the onset and progression of OA may provide new insights for early intervention and targeted therapy in OA.关键词
