Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of myelodysplastic neoplasms
摘要
Abstract
Myelodysplastic neoplasms(MDS),also known as myelodysplastic syndromes,are a group of hematopoietic malignancies originating from hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells.They are characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis,persistent refractory cytopenia,and a high risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia(AML).In recent years,with the rapid development and application of molecular biology techniques,significant breakthroughs have been made in the diagnosis,classification,prognostic assessment,and treatment strategies of MDS.The concept of precision medicine has gradually integrated into clinical practice,leading to changes in the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to MDS.This article discusses the updates in MDS classification,the optimization of prognostic scoring systems,and advancements in the treatment field,aiming to guide clinicians in the scientific understanding and management of MDS.关键词
