温抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血诊疗进展
Progress in diagnosis and treatment of warm antibody autoimmune hemolytic anemia
摘要
Abstract
Autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA)is characterized by destruction of red blood cells mediated by autoantibodies.Warm AIHA(wAIHA)accounts for 60％-70％of cases and is mainly caused by IgG-mediated autoantibodies.This article reviews the recent advances in the diagnosis and management of wAIHA,including several novel treatments in development for wAIHA:B-cell targeted agents,plasma cell targeted agents,spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitors,neonatal Fc receptor inhibitors,complement inhibitors,and CAR-T cell therapy.These advances provide new insights and strategies for clinical practice.关键词
