水飞蓟宾联合五禽戏锻炼治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的效果
Efficacy of Silibinin Combined with Wuqinxi Exercise in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Silibinin combined with Wuqinxi exercise on the clinical indicators of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.Method:A total of 102 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis admitted to the Department of Liver Disease of Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were retrospectively selected and divided into study group(receiving Silibinin Capsules combined with Wuqinxi exercise)and control group(receiving Silibinin Capsules alone)according to different treatment plans,with 51 cases in each group.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The liver function indicators(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase),liver/kidney echo contrast,liver attenuation coefficient,lipid profile(triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol),liver fibrosis markers(hyaluronic acid,laminin,procollagen Ⅲ peptide,collagen Ⅳ,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α),immune indicators(natural killer cell activity)before and after the treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were detected.Result:After the treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,liver/kidney echo contrast,liver attenuation coefficient,triglycerides,Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,hyaluronic acid,laminin,procollagen Ⅲ peptide,collagen Ⅳ,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,however,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and natural killer cell activity were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Silibinin combined with Wuqinxi exercise can effectively improve the liver function and liver fibrosis status of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,enhance the therapeutic effect,and has good safety.关键词
