Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Nicotinamide combined with Calcium Dibutyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)accompanied by arrhythmia.Method:A total of 100 patients with CHD accompanied by arrhythmia who were admitted in the Fourth People's Hospital of Rugao City from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the study group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Calcium Dibutyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate,while the study group was treated with Nicotinamide combined with Calcium Dibutyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,arrhythmia attack,cardiac function,myocardial injury markers,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of arrhythmia attack in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the duration of each attack were shorter than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in both groups were decreased than those before treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were increased than those before treatment,and those of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)were decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 14.00%(7/50)and 10.00%(5/50),respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Nicotinamide and Calcium Dibutyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate in the treatment of CHD accompanied by arrhythmia can enhance overall efficacy.It can reduce the frequency of arrhythmia attacks,shorten the duration,improve cardiac function,reduce levels of myocardial injury markers.关键词
