Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the combined application of Evolocumab and Clopidogrel in the clinical treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from July 2024 to October 2025 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received emergency treatment,the observation group was treated with Evolocumab combined with Clopidogrel,and the control group was treated with Clopidogrel.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The total effective rate,cardiac function,platelet indicators,inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and nitric oxide(NO)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,platelet aggregation rate,platelet count,endothelin-1(ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-18,and CRP levels were lower than those in the control group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:For acute myocardial infarction,the combination therapy of Evolocumab and Clopidogrel can effectively regulate the platelet indicators of patients,improve vascular endothelial function,and enhance cardiac function,clinical efficacy,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
