Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Qidong Yixin Granules combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 150 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure who were admitted to the 943rd Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2022 to July 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Qidong Yixin Granules in combination with the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,myocardial injury markers,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac function indicators,myocardial injury markers,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had smaller left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),lower levels of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and lower scores of palpitations,chest tightness or chest pain,and shortness of breath,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qidong Yixin Granules and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure can relieve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,reduce myocardial damage,and has high safety.关键词
