摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Tiaoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT)with dampness-heat stagnant type,in order to provide evidence-based support for the treatment of this disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 126 patients with EMT with dampness-heat stagnant type admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2025.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, taking 28 d as a medication cycle, the patients were treated for 3 consecutive medication cycles. The study group was treated with Qingre Tiaoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group, for a total of 3 menstrual cycles. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions,as well as traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores,VAS scores, serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP),maximum diameter of pelvic lesions and uterine volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score of the study group[(8.23±2.15)points]was lower than that of the control group[(13.56±2.87)points],and the VAS score[(2.15±0.68)points]was lower than that of the control group[(4.32±0.95)points](P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-6[(12.15±2.34)pg/mL]and CRP[(8.23±1.56)mg/L]in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(18.76±3.12)pg/mL,(13.56±2.18)mg/L](P<0.05).After treatment, the maximum diameter of pelvic lesions in the study group[(1.87±0.45)cm]was smaller than that in the control group[(2.98±0.62)cm],and the uterine volume[(78.23±10.56)cm3]was smaller than that in the control group[(95.68±12.34)cm3](P<0.05).The overall clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.65%,which was higher than 76.19%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.35%(4/63),compared with 9.52%(6/63)in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the combination of Qingre Tiaoxue Decoction and acupuncture for EMT with dampness-heat stagnant type can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients, reduce inflammatory responses, shrink pelvic lesions and uterine volume, improve clinical efficacy, and has good safety.关键词
