益肝复明汤加减联合耳穴压豆治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Modified Yigan Fuming Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing with Beans in the Treatment of Primary Open-angle Glaucoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Yigan Fuming Decoction combined with auricular point pressing with beans in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma.Method:A total of 82 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma who visited the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western intraocular pressure-lowering therapy.The observation group was treated with modified Yigan Fuming Decoction combined with auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,vision level,indicators of visual function impairment,optical coherence tomography(OCT)structural parameters,hemodynamic indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean deviation(MD)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the visual field index(VFI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertical C/D ratio and optic cup volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the rim area was bigger than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end-diastolic velocity(EDV)of the central retinal artery(CRA)and posterior ciliary artery(PCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the resistance index(RI)of CRA and PCA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yigan Fuming Decoction combined with auricular point pressing with beans further improves visual function performance,stabilizes optic nerve structure,and enhances ocular hemodynamics in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma when added to conventional therapy,and delay the progression of optic nerve damage.关键词
