基于电子病历系统的情景模拟教学法在"护理文件书写"课程中的应用效果分析
Analysis of application effect of scenario-based teaching method based on electronic medical record system in"Nursing Document Writing"course

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of deeply integrating electronic medical record systems into scenario-based teaching method in the course of"Nursing Document Writing",and evaluate its role in improving students'critical thinking,clinical practice ability and deep learning level.Methods Two classes from the 2021 cohort of Nursing were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(n=53)and the experimental group(n=54).The control group adopted traditional lecture teaching method,while the experimental group implemented scenario-based teaching method based on electronic medical record system.The differences between the two groups before and after intervention were compared using the critical thinking ability scale,course grades(average score and the proportion of high score),and active learning ability scale.Results After implementing the scenario-based teaching method based on electronic medical record system,the total score and scores of each dimension of critical thinking ability of the nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.01);The average score and proportion of high scoring nursing students in the experimental group were(85.90±6.38)and 62.96%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01);There was no statistically significant difference in the total score of proactive learning ability between the two groups of nursing students(P=0.051),but in terms of in-depth and solid learning dimensions,the experimen-tal group scored higher than the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion The scenario-based teaching method,utilizing the electronic medical record system,has revolutionized the teaching mode of nurs-ing document writing.By establishing highly realistic clinical scenarios and tasks,it effectively stimu-lates the intrinsic learning motivation of nursing students.This approach significantly enhances their critical thinking skills,knowledge application abilities,and deep learning tendencies.It provides an ef-fective pathway for cultivating high-quality nursing professionals with excellent clinical thinking and professional ethics.关键词
