醒脑开窍针刺法联合运动疗法改善脑卒中后疲劳的临床研究
Clinical study on the combined use of the mind-refreshing and orifice-opening needling method and exercise therapy for improving poststroke fatigue

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitative effects of the mind-refreshing and orifice-opening needling method combined with exercise therapy on poststroke fatigue. Methods:A total of 84 patients with poststroke fatigue were randomly divided into an exercise therapy group and an acupuncture group using the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.Both groups received the same conventional treatment.The exercise therapy group received additional exercise therapy;the acupuncture group received the mind-refreshing and orifice-opening needling method in addition to the interventions in the exercise therapy group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the scores of the stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL),modified Barthel index(MBI),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),fatigue severity scale(FSS),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,and changes in the serum cytokine levels were observed. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the exercise therapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SS-QOL,MBI,and FMA scores for both upper and lower limbs improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the acupuncture group were higher than those in the exercise therapy group(P<0.05).The serum interleukin(IL)-9,IL-10,and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,as well as FSS and TCM symptom scores,decreased in both groups(P<0.05);in the acupuncture group,the serum cytokine levels and both symptom scores were lower than those in the exercise therapy group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with exercise therapy,the combination of the mind-refreshing and orifice-opening needling method and exercise therapy is more effective in treating poststroke fatigue;it can significantly improve patients'motor function and alleviate fatigue.关键词
