Professor Cai Chunjiang Treats Stroke Sequelae from Lung and Liver
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To summarize the clinical academic experience of Professor Cai Chunjiang in the treatment of stroke sequelae from lung and liver.[Methods]Through learning from the teacher,consulting ancient literature,combined with clinical medical records,this paper analyzes and summarizes Professor Cai Chunjiang's clinical experience in treating stroke sequelae from the aspects of theoretical origin,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,prescription application,etc.,and attached typical medical cases to support it.[Results]Professor Cai believed that the occurrence and development of stroke sequelae are closely related to the lung and liver,the core pathogenesis is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the disease is located in the brain.Most of them are lung and liver disorders,Qi and blood loss operation,disharmony between nutritive Qi and defensive Qi,soul and inferior spirit can not be nourished,resulting in the loss of primordial spirit and the loss of body and spirit.With differentiation and treatment from the lung and liver,the lung Qi is adjusted,the Qi is ventilated and lowered,and its ascending,descending,exiting and entering activities are normal.With liver blood regulation,the blood is catharsis,vein blood supply is normal.The lung and liver are coordinated,the Qi and blood can be transported,the nutrient Qi and defensive Qi can be coordinated,smooth circulation of vein,lung inferior spirit and liver soul can be nourished,the primordial spirit can be assisted by the soul and inferior spirit,and the body and spirit can be coordinated and restored to normal.The modified Huanhun Decoction and Huangqi Chifeng Decoction is often used in clinical practice.The patient in the attached medical case was Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of stroke.The treatment was based on the method of benefiting Qi for activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and unblocking the meridians and collaterals.The main prescription was Huanhun Decoction combined with Huangqi Chifeng Decoction,which was adjusted according to the symptoms,and the therapeutic effect was pretty good.[Conclusion]Professor Cai Chunjiang takes Qi deficiency and blood stasis as the core pathogenesis,based on lung and liver regulating Qi and blood,and nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,unblocking the meridians and collaterals,nourishing the soul and inferior spirit to treat stroke sequelae,the theory is unique and the effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion and learning.关键词
