多元化针药治疗血管性痴呆的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of diversified acupuncture and medication therapy for vascular dementia

Abstract
Objective To systematically explore the comprehensive efficacy and safety of diversified acupuncture methods combined with traditional Chinese medicine formulas in the treatment of vascular dementia(VaD).Methods Clinical studies on the treatment of VaD with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and VIP.A double-blind literature screening process was established,and the Cochrane bias risk assessment tool was used for quality evaluation.RevMan 5.4.1 was used for analysis.Results A total of 21 studies involving 1579 patients were included.Cognitive function and safety indicators in patients with VaD were systematically evaluated.The Meta-analysis results showed that treatment group receiving combined acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine demonstrated superior outcomes in terms of clinical response rate,mini-mental state examination scores,activity of daily living scale scores,and lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Hachinski ischemia scale scores,homocysteine(Hcy)levels,and inflammatory factors,compared to control group.Furthermore,the treatment group experienced fewer adverse reactions,and all differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with control group treated with Western medicine alone,the combined acupuncture and herbal medicine therapy for VaD demonstrated good efficacy and safety,and was able to regulate patients'Hcy levels and various inflammatory factors in their serum.关键词
