Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of the damage control orthopedics(DCO)and rapid response team(RRT)management model on emergency care efficiency for patients with severe trauma in the emergency department. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with emergency severe trauma admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from June 2023 to June 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different management modes, they were divided into control group(48 cases, routine management mode)and observation group(48 cases,DCO combined with RRT management mode). The first aid efficiency(venous channel completion time, airway establishment completion time, hemostasis completion time, blood routine examination time, first CT examination time, time from visit to operation determination),first aid effect[body temperature recovery time, prothrombin time(PT)recovery time, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)recovery time],occurrence of nursing risk events and rescue outcome were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group patients had shorter durations for venous access completion, airway establishment, hemostasis completion, blood routine sample submission, first CT scan, and time from arrival to surgery confirmation compared to control group(P<0.05).Observation group also achieved faster restoration of body temperature,PT,and APTT compared to control group(P<0.001).The overall incidence of nursing risk events was lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients achieving cure after resuscitation was higher in observation group, while the proportion of patients with disability was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined DCO and RRT management model significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency care for severely injured trauma patients, reduces the incidence of nursing risk events, and enhances resuscitation outcomes.关键词
