职业院校课程思政协同育人的现实困境、生成逻辑与改革路径
Realistic Dilemmas,Generative Logic and Reform Paths of Collaborative Education for Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Promoting the collaborative education of curriculum ideology and politics is an essential requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and improving the talent cultivation quality of vocational colleges.Based on semi-structured interviews with 16 teachers from 9 vocational colleges,combined with classroom observation data,the study finds that the current curriculum ideology and politics practice in vocational colleges mainly presents five prominent problems:homogeneous and repetitive curriculum objectives,simple embedding of ideological and political elements in teaching contents,fragmented work of individual education subjects,insufficient connection between different academic stages,and formalistic evaluation methods.The underlying causes lie in the lack of professional decomposition of educational objectives,imperfect cross-curriculum collaborative governance mechanism,insufficient instructional design competence of teachers,poor alignment between school-enterprise education objectives and value norms,as well as the absence of institutional and standard support for the integration of secondary,higher and undergraduate vocational education stages.To address these issues,six targeted measures should be implemented:strengthening top-level design to draw a task map for curriculum ideology and politics of each major;reconstructing curriculum contents to integrate value requirements into professional vocational tasks;creating authentic vocational scenarios to deepen value experience and behavior cultivation;building interdisciplinary teaching teams to enhance the collaborative education competence of multiple stakeholders;connecting secondary,higher vocational and undergraduate vocational education to improve the progressive cultivation mechanism;and improving the diversified evaluation system to form a closed-loop for continuous quality improvement.关键词
