Generative Mechanism and Practical Paths for Cultivating Higher Vocational Students'Lifelong Learning Literacy under the Background of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
Against the background of building a powerful education country,cultivating higher vocational students'lifelong learning literacy is a practical requirement to improve the ability of technical and skilled talents to adapt to changes and enhance their career resilience.Based on Dewey's empirical education theory,the generation of lifelong learning literacy follows three logics:"Education is life"reveals the scenario embedding mechanism for its generation;"Education is growth"reveals the internal driving mechanism for its generation;"Education is the reconstruction of experience"reveals the reflective transfer mechanism for its generation.At present,higher vocational colleges still face practical constraints such as training objectives focusing too much on immediate employment,relatively closed curriculum content,separated education scenarios,and teaching evaluation that attaches importance to results rather than development.To solve these problems,we should strengthen the guidance of training objectives to embed lifelong learning literacy into the whole process of talent cultivation;open up education scenarios to build a collaborative learning ecology covering schools,enterprises and the society;reconstruct the curriculum system to connect vocational tasks,life experience and the two types of classrooms;reform teaching methods to promote independent exploration,reflective learning and experience transfer;improve evaluation support to establish a learning guarantee mechanism for sustainable development.关键词
