高职院校产教融合中思政引领力的构建
Building the Leading Role of Ideological and Political Education in Industry-education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Industry-education integration is an essential characteristic of vocational education as a distinct educational type,and its profound value lies in achieving the organic unity of skills transmission and value guidance.To address the current tendency of"prioritizing skills instruction over value guidance"in practice,based on embedded multi-case research from colleges participating in the two rounds of the"double-high plan",this study reveals that the effective construction of ideological and political guidance follows a triple logic of"institutionalized organization,structured teaching,and spatialized environments",exhibiting an evolutionary trajectory from"physical superposition"to"chemical integration".However,practical challenges persist,including structural tensions between value logic and market logic,methodological dilemmas between systematic integration and fragmented embedding,and evaluation mechanism challenges concerning immediate effects versus long-term immersion.Optimization pathways should be explored from five dimensions:mechanism,resources,evaluation,culture and faculty,to support the cultivation of master craftsmen who possess both moral integrity and professional skills.关键词
