安徽省未利用煤炭矿区资源现状及开发利用前景
Current Situation and Development Prospects of Unutilized Coal Mining Areas in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Anhui Province is rich in coal resources,with 37 unutilized coal mining areas holding total reserves of 10.67 billion tons.These resources are mainly distributed in the Huainan and Huaibei Coalfields,where development is constrained by deep burial depth,complex geological conditions,and the"Dual Carbon"strategic policy.This study proposes a classified development strategy:7 mining areas with 4.80 billion tons of reserves are prioritized for development concession;18 mining areas with 4.61 billion tons of reserves that can be put into production rapidly are integrated for development;investment in exploration is strengthened for 2 mining areas with low exploration intensity;and 1 prospective mining area is reserved for future development.To break through existing development bottlenecks,this paper suggests making full use of policy support,promoting technological breakthroughs,and advancing resource integration,while balancing ecological protection with efficient utilization of scarce coal varieties.It also proposes exploring the comprehensive development of associated mineral resources,so as to consolidate Anhui Province's role as an energy security guarantor for the Yangtze River Delta.关键词
