射频加热对烟草粉螟的防治效果与烟叶品质的影响
Effects of radio-frequency heating on the control efficacy of Ephestia elutella and the quality of tobacco leaves
摘要
Abstract
To explore the control efficacy of radio-frequency technology against Ephestia elutella in the tobacco threshing-redrying process, the thermal tolerance of Ephestia elutella and Lasioderma serricorne was compared.Based on the thermal death kinetics of more heat-tolerant Lasioderma serricorne larvae, key radio-frequency insecticidal parameters including heating temperature, holding time,upper-lower plate spacing and tobacco-leaf thickness were determined. The lethal effects on eggs and larvae of Ephestia elutella, chemical quality(total alkaloids, reducing sugars, total sugars, etc.)and smoking quality(strength, aroma quality, offensive odor, etc.)of tobacco leaves under radio frequency treatment were determinated. The results showed that under the heating temperature-time combinations of 53℃-20 min,55℃-5 min and 57℃-1 min,Ephestia elutella exhibited lower heat tolerance than Lasioderma serricorne. The larval mortality of Lasioderma serricorne reached 100%when treated with a heating plate at 55℃for 2 min.The heating uniformity remained relatively stable with the radio-frequency upper-lower plate spacing of 110 mm and tobacco-leaf thickness of 60 mm.When treated by radio-frequency at 57℃for 2 min, both eggs and larvae of Ephestia elutella achieved 100%mortality.Radio-frequency treatment exerted no adverse effects on chemical components and sensory quality of tobacco leaves. In conclusion,radio-frequency technology can be applied to control Ephestia elutella during the tobacco threshing-redrying production process.关键词
