摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically summarized the technical measures and outcomes of agricultural schistosomiasis control in Ma'anshan City,Anhui Province,analyzed challenges faced,and proposed corresponding recommendations for future development.By establishing a robust working mechanism,establishing a livestock schistosomiasis surveillance network,implementing comprehensive control strategies(e.g.,agricultural restructuring,breeding transformation,agricultural mechanization promotion,environmental remediation,rural renovation,and fishermen relocation),and enhancing workforce capacity building,the study area has met the criteria for schistosomiasis elimination.However,its practical work still faces certain challenges in agricultural restructuring,long-term management of comprehensive control projects,and capacity building at the grassroots level.In response,the following countermeasures are proposed:upgrading epidemic prevention facilities for livestock,strengthening grazing oversight and emergency response;clarifying management responsibilities,refining assessment frameworks,establishing sustainable funding mechanisms,and fostering public engagement in collaborative governance;and optimizing personnel allocation,developing routine training programs,and enhancing the professional competence of grassroots teams on a continuing basis.This paper provides a reference for agricultural schistosomiasis control in similar regions.关键词
