简化PromisE分型在子宫内膜癌中的临床病理特征及预后分析
Clinical and pathological features and prognostic analysis of endometrial cancer with simplified PromisE classification

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical pathological characteristics of simplified PromisE classification in endometrial carcinoma(EC)and its impact on treatment and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with endometrial cancer were collected.Based on the immunohistochemistry results of mismatch repair(MMR)and p53,the simplified PromisE classifi-cation was defined,and patients were divided into four molecular subtypes:MMRp/p53wt,MMRd/p53wt,MMRp/p53abn,and MMRd/p53abn.The clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of the four groups were analyzed.Results Significant differences were observed in histological type,tumor grade,myometrial invasion,estrogen receptor(ER)/progesterone receptor(PR)expression,and lymphovascular space invasion(LVSI)among the four EC molecular subtypes(P<0.05).The compari-son of four survival curves showed significant differences(P<0.05),with the MMRp/p53wt group having the best prognosis and the MMRd/p53abn group having the worst.Univariate Cox regression analysis revealed that FIGO stage,myometrial invasion,and molecular grouping were associated with overall survival time in EC patients(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis identified FI-GO stage as an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of EC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The simplified PromisE classification has a certain guiding role in evaluating the clinical and pathological features and prognosis of endometrial cancer.关键词
