梯式心理-社会协同干预模式对颜面部烧伤患者自尊重构、希望及伤残心理接纳度的影响
Impact of a tiered psychological social collaborative intervention model on self-esteem reconstruction,hope,and disability psychological acceptance in patients with facial burns
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of a tiered psychological social collaborative intervention model in patients with facial burns and its impact on self-esteem reconstruction,hope,and disability psychological acceptance.Methods A total of 108 patients with facial burns treated in our hospital from July 2021 to March 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(54 cases,5 lost to follow-up,ultimately included in 49 cases,conventional intervention mode)and a study group(54 cases,1 lost to follow-up,ultimately included in 53 cases,stepwise psychological social collaborative intervention mode)with the block randomization method.The two groups were compared in terms of negative emotions,self-esteem,social avoidance and distress,hope,and disability psychological acceptance.Results Compared with before the intervention,the scores of the self rating de-pression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),and social avoidance and distress scale(SADS)decreased in both groups after 3 months of the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of the self esteem scale(SES),Herth hope scale(HHI)di-mensions and the total score,and disability acceptance scale(AODS)dimensions and the total score increased in both groups af-ter 3 months of the intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,the SDS,SAS,and SADS scores were lower in the study group after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05),while the SES score,HHI dimensions and the total score,and AODS dimensions and the total score were higher in the study group after 3 months of the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The stepwise psychological social collaborative intervention model applied to patients with facial burns can alleviate negative emotions,reduce the social avoidance and distress,improve the self-esteem reconstruction and hope levels,and improve the disability psychological acceptance.关键词
