主动呼吸循环技术在重症急性胰腺炎相关急性肺损伤患者中的应用价值
Study on the lung function and inflammatory response of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and lung injury with active cycle of breathing techniques

Abstract
Objective To study the lung function and inflammatory response of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)and lung injury with active cycle of breathing techniques(ACBT).Methods The convenience sampling method was used to se-lect 70 patients with acute pancreatitis with lung injury in a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province from March to December 2024 as the research subjects,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional chest physical thera-py,including deep breathing,effective coughing and back tapping.On the basis of routine chest physiotherapy,the experimental group implemented active cycle of breathing techniques.Changes in pulmonary function and serum inflammatory response were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results There was no statistical significance in pulmonary function and inflammatory indexes before the intervention between the two groups.After two weeks and four weeks of the interven-tion,oxygenation index,arterial oxygen saturation and pulmonary function indexes increased in both groups(P<0.05),while arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure and inflammatory indexes(C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell)de-creased(P<0.05).Conclusion ACBT could improve lung function and alleviate inflammatory reactions,and promote lung re-habilitation of patients.关键词
