Abstract
Relying on the spillover advantages of resources from megacities, most resource-based villages in Beijing's suburban areas have completed infrastructure construction and industrial cultivation, shifting their development focus to further upgrading and long-term operation.Adopting the typical case study method, this paper takes Beigou Village in Huairou District,Beijing as the research object.Through household questionnaires,in-depth interviews and spatial analysis,it systematically sorts out the village's more than 20-year revitalization process and thoroughly analyzes the current problems and their root causes in the village.Targeting the existing problems and practical demands, this paper proposes targeted strategies covering livelihood and elderly care, industrial upgrading, landscape style control, talent cultivation and other dimensions.Furthermore,it summarizes the"Beigou Model"featuring"activating self-reliant elderly care via asset revitalization, preserving local rural style through guidance and regulation, and stimulating endogenous momentum with tripartite coordination".This research provides practical references for similar villages surrounding metropolises to achieve high-quality and long-term rural revitalization.关键词
