京郊乡村民宿发展观察与思考
Observation and Reflection on the Development of Rural Homestays in the Beijing Suburbs:Taking Beigou Village and Xinzhuang Village as Examples

Abstract
Rural homestays are an important business format for integrating culture and tourism in the suburbs of Beijing and promoting rural revitalization.Against the backdrop of post-pandemic consumption iteration and the deep integration of urban and rural factors,the suburban homestay industry in Beijing is experiencing rapid development,but it still faces transformation challenges such as homogenization of village business formats,standard differentiation,weakening of local culture,and insufficient endogenous driving force.This paper takes two typical suburban homestay villages in Beijing,Beigou Village in Huairou District and Xinzhuang Village in Changping District,as case studies to compare and analyze the evolutionary paths,industrial model comparisons,and existing cruxes of two homestay development models:resource-driven and entrepreneur-driven.The study finds that in the process of upgrading the homestay industry in these two villages,there are issues such as the one-way flow of urban and rural factors weakening the dominant position of local villagers,market-driven commercial logic eroding local culture,and the absence of urban and rural supporting systems leading to insufficient endogenous blood-making capacity within the industry.Based on a problem-oriented approach,this paper proposes optimization paths from three dimensions:consolidating the dominant position of villagers,deeply cultivating local characteristic culture,and constructing a long-term endogenous industrial mechanism.It provides case references and theoretical support for the high-quality and sustainable development of suburban rural homestays in megacities.关键词
