Abstract
An iron mine in Fujian Province had left behind numerous goafs with complex shapes after years of open-stope mining, posing potential risks of roof caving and surface subsidence.Through engineering geological investigation and rock mass quality classification using RQD,RMR and Q-system methods, combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation, the stress, displacement and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock were analyzed. The assessment results indicate that localized plastic zones exist in the goaf roof, and significant stress concentration is observed in certain pillars.According to the evaluation conclusions, the mine adopted a zoned treatment strategy:waste rock backfilling combined with sealed isolation for goafs above+200 m,and cemented tailings backfilling for goafs between 0 m and+200 m.Post-backfilling numerical simulation shows that the cemented tailings backfilling area exhibits no plastic failure with minimal displacement, while the waste rock backfilling area remains generally stable with a maximum displacement of only 5.59 mm despite localized shear failure in the backfill. This assessment and treatment practice provides a reference for goaf disaster prevention and control in mines with similar conditions.关键词
