Abstract
The AEO system,built upon the WCO Global Trade Security Framework,serves as a core management system that balances customs clearance efficiency with supply chain risk control.The powder metallurgy industry involves large volumes of imports and exports,with high-end raw materials relying on foreign sources,where clearance efficiency and supply chain security directly impact corporate competitiveness.The AEO standard's control logic aligns closely with the process-and risk-oriented mindset of ISO quality management systems.This article uses the certification practices of Company A as a case study,leveraging mature quality management tools to address common industry certification challenges and establish a standardized implementation pathway.关键词
