Abstract
As the core of the power system operation,the power control terminal's external data exchange interface control is related to the safety and stability of the entire power system.Due to the frequent and extensive data exchange behavior of power regulation terminals,the interaction behavior of interfaces is difficult to monitor and identify.Therefore,this paper proposes a study on the behavior profile of power regulation data interaction interfaces based on an improved FCM clustering algorithm.Firstly,based on the behavioral characteristics of the power regulation data interaction interface,a behavior label system for the power regulation data interaction interface is constructed,and a detailed label index calculation function is designed;Secondly,an improved user profiling method for FCM clustering algorithm is proposed,which serializes feature label indicators by defining segmentation functions,designs a calculation method for feature label values,and uses an improved FCM clustering algorithm based on membership degree to obtain clustering results;Finally,by integrating the behavior label system and clustering labels,a multi-feature behavior portrait of the power regulation terminal data interaction interface is constructed to classify and identify the behavior characteristics of the interaction interface.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has faster convergence speed and more accurate clustering effect compared to other clustering algorithms.关键词
