摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the globally representative and influential greenhouse gas(GHG)emission reduction policies for marine fuels. The International Maritime Organization(IMO)Net-Zero Framework establishes corresponding GHG emission reduction pathways and incentive-penalty mechanisms based on fuel greenhouse gas intensity.According to the requirements of this framework,it evaluates the economic feasibility of low-sulfur fuel oil, liquefied natural gas(LNG),green methanol, and green ammonia as marine fuels before 2035 from the perspectives of fuel prices,GHG emission costs, and incentive mechanisms. The results indicate that if the IMO Net-Zero Framework is implemented,it will create development opportunities for LNG applications in the medium term(5-10 years),and the application of LNG in the marine fuel sector is expected to continue accelerating.Whether green methanol and green ammonia can become mainstream marine fuels in the future will largely depend on technological advancements and the development of supply chain systems.关键词
