基于"双维耦合"模型对中国-东盟油气合作的评价研究
Evaluation of China-ASEAN oil and gas cooperation based on the Dual-Dimensional Coupling Model

Abstract
In international oil and gas cooperation,the oil and gas industry as well as the macro environment represent the"domain"dimension,while general conditions for foreign cooperation and specific cooperative relations with China represent the"attribute"dimension.This paper conducts a coupling analysis by integrating the two dimensions of"oil and gas industry-macro environment"and"international cooperation-cooperation with China",reveals changes in the oil and gas cooperation indices of China-ASEAN cooperation and those of China's cooperation with major ASEAN countries during 2020-2024,and the development trends and main influencing factors based on China's oil and gas cooperation evaluation index system and a combined subjective-objective weighting method.The results show that China-ASEAN oil and gas cooperation maintained a steady development trend from 2020 to 2024.However,ASEAN countries face such significant challenges as declining oil and gas production resulting in relatively low levels of oil and gas cooperation with China and prominent weaknesses,meaning the depth and scope of cooperation require further expansion.Accordingly,it proposes such three policy recommendations as consolidating and deepening existing political trust mechanisms to enhance the stability and sustainability of cooperation,focusing on research and development efforts of key bottlenecks and critical technologies along the oil and gas industrial chain to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of Chinese oil and gas enterprises in upstream sectors,and implementing differentiated cooperation strategies tailored to individual countries.关键词
