数字技术赋能管理类拔尖创新人才培养的特征、困境与实践探索

Abstract
Utilizing digital technology to achieve normalized empowerment in the education sector is an important pathway to promote the high-quality development of higher education.Digital technology is profoundly transforming talent cultivation models through the creation of new educational environments,the innovation of teaching concepts,and the alteration of traditional teaching paradigms,thereby imparting new connotations to the cultivation of top innovative talents in management.The cultivation of top innovative talents in management requires a"student-centred,competency-based"approach,focusing on the interdisciplinary integration of"digital intelligence+X",emphasizing innovative practice and personalized learning,and paying attention to the enhancement of students'digital literacy.Accordingly,this article proposes a targeted"digital intelligence+"pathway for cultivating top innovative talents in management:improving the student competency system,reshaping the talent cultivation model,constructing a new curriculum system,and optimizing the integration of digital intelligence resources to adapt to the systemic transformation of talent cultivation in the digital intelligence era.关键词
