民族类高校理工科拔尖创新人才培养实践与探索

Abstract
Under the context of the"Double First-Class"Initiative,Minzu universities urgently need to transcend traditional talent cultivation models and explore innovative pathways for nurturing top-tier innovative talents that align with the demands of the new era.This article systematically analyzes the group characteristics of contemporary students in Minzu universities,focusing on the practical challenges faced by these institutions during the talent cultivation process.By examining the contradictions and conflicts inherent in the practical implementation of cultivating top-tier innovative talents,it summarizes existing issues such as the constraints of traditional evaluation models on innovation capabilities and the insufficient integration of teaching resources hindering the holistic development of innovative talents.The article proposes enhancing students'self-directed learning abilities through innovative teaching methods,integrating institutional resources to establish collaborative platforms for teaching and research,and leveraging practical approaches like"interdisciplinary collaboration+diversified cooperative education"to reform the cultivation system.These measures aim to ultimately improve the quality of top-tier innovative talent development,providing reference and practical solutions for addressing challenges in cultivating such talents within Minzu universities.关键词
