艾滋病患者术前自我管理能力现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of current status and influencing factors of preoperative self-management ability in patients with AIDS

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of preoperative self-management in patients with AIDS(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome)and analyze its influencing factors,aiming to provide a scientific basis for developing targeted perioperative management strategies.Methods A total of 242 surgical patients with AIDS admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital between July 2024 and May 2025 were enrolled viaconsecutive convenience sampling.Four instruments were applied in the survey:the General Information Questionnaire,Family APGAR Scale,20-item Short-form Health-Quotient Index and Self-management Ability Scale for HIV/AIDS Patients.Results A total of 242 questionnaires were distributed and all were effectively returned,yielding an effective response rate of 100％.Among the 242 patients with AIDS,the total score of the HIV Self-Management Scale was(149.81±29.83)points,the total score of the Health Quotient Index(63.33±11.70)points,and the total score of the Family APGAR Index was(7.36±2.97)points.Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differences in the total score of the HIV Self-Management Scale across different age groups,education levels,exercise frequency,types of medical insurance,attitudes toward disease treatment,knowledge of disease treatment,and Health Quotient Index(0-100 points)(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that Health Quotient Index,municipal medical insurance,and attitude toward disease treatment were independent influencing factors of preoperative self-management ability in patients with AIDS(β=0.433,95％CI:0.820-1.389,P<0.001;β=0.183,95％CI:5.138-20.525,P=0.001;β=0.114,95％CI:0.151-12.271,P=0.045).Conclusions The preoperative self-management ability of patients with AIDS is at a moderately low level,with the dimension of seeking social support and help being significantly lower than other dimensions.It is recommended that clinical teams develop differentiated perioperative intervention strategies based on individual characteristics such as patients'Health Quotient Index,type of medical insurance,and attitude toward disease treatment to enhance their self-management efficacy.关键词
