摘要

Abstract

Sepsis-associated acute lung injury(SALI),as one of the most common complications of sepsis,is a major cause of death in critically ill patients. Its core pathological mechanism involves a fatal immune imbalance that transitions from an early hyperinflammatory response to late-stage immunosuppression. While traditional perspectives have focused on hyperinflammation, the role of immunosuppression in the development and progression of sepsis-associated ALI has become increasingly prominent in recent years.Regulatory T cells(Tregs)and myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs),as key immune regulatory hubs, play dual roles in the progression of sepsis and lung injury, profoundly influencing the occurrence, development, and outcome of SALI.This review systematically synthesizes the existing literature to clarify the respective and interrelated roles of Tregs and MDSCs in the pathogenesis of SALI.At the same time, based on the latest research progress, itlooks forward to the translational prospects of both as potential therapeutic targets for SALI,with the aim of providing theoretical basis and research directions for future immune regulation therapy.
