Abstract
Taking a 330 MW subcritical natural circulation boiler in a domestic power plant as the research object,the effect of shutting down a single row of lower burners on the eco-nomic performance of the boiler is investigated through mechanism analysis based on exten-sive operational data.The results indicate that the shutdown of lower burners causes a lag in the position of the flame center in the furnace,which in turn leads to a series of adverse effects,including a decrease in boiler efficiency,an increase in exhaust gas temperature,a rise in NOx emissions,aggravated furnace slagging,and an increase in net coal consumption rate.All major economic indices of the boiler show significant deterioration.These findings provide valuable guidance for optimizing combustion operation and improving the economic performance of utility boilers.关键词
