不同育秧基质对水稻秧苗素质的影响
Effects of Different Seedling Substrates on Rice Seedling Quality

Abstract
To make better use of rice straw resources,this study used'Zhongjiazao 18'as the test rice variety and designed three treatments:commercial seedling substrate(CSS),straw-organic material mixed substrate(SOS),and single straw substrate(SSS).The effects of different seedling substrates on seedling emergence,leaf age,plant height,stem base width,leaf traits,and root traits were compared.The results showed that CSS was a mature substrate that could promote seedling growth and help cultivate strong seedlings.Compared with the CSS treatment,the SOS treatment did not show significant advantages in seedling quality indicators such as emergence rate,leaf age,plant height,stem base width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf SPAD value,total root number,white root number,and root oxidative activity,while it significantly increased root length and root dry weight by 9.69％and 18.92％,respectively.For the SSS treatment,the seedling emergence rate,leaf age,plant height,stem base width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf SPAD value,white root number,and root oxidative activity all dropped significantly.Although the root length,fresh root weight,root dry weight,and root-shoot ratio increased significantly,the overall seedling quality was still poor.This indicated that SOS could effectively promote seedling growth and have the potential to cultivate strong seedlings.关键词
