甘蔗绵蚜综合防治技术与研究
Integrated Control Techniques and Frontier Research of Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner
摘要
Abstract
Sugarcane is an important global sugar and bioenergy crop.Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner damages sugarcane plants through multiple pathways,including piercing-sucking feeding,inducing sooty mold,and transmitting sugarcane yellow leaf virus(SCYLV),which causes significant economic losses to the sugar industry.To establish a scientific,efficient,and green integrated control system for C.lanigera,and improve the supporting theoretical and field practical guidance,this paper conducts a systematic study by integrating recent agricultural scientific research literatures and field test data.Specifically,it systematically summarizes the biological characteristics,damage mechanism,and industrial economic loss assessment of C.lanigera;sorts out agricultural control,chemical control,biological control and other measures as well as integrated pest management(IPM)comprehensive control schemes,and focuses on analyzing the insect-resistant expression mechanism of sugarcane transformed with pinellia ternata agglutinin(PPA)and galanthus nivalis agglutinin(GNA)genes,while exploring the effects of exogenous genes on the stomatal morphology,antioxidant enzyme system and ecological safety of sugarcane.The research results can provide a complete theoretical basis and practical technical reference for the construction of a green integrated pest management system for C.lanigera.关键词
